Just another day...

feeling pretty tired today... lousy sleep last night... nightmares with numbers! geez... got back econs test paper today... i wonder if the TA fed it to a dog or smt... one corner of the whole thing was torn out... someone actually had to stick it back with cellotape.. i know i didnt write it that well bt i dun think it was bad enuff to warrant feeding it to a dog! :p

today's quite an ok day... had the most fun math tutorial since september... ari was telling us abt how angles in triangle dont have to add up to 180 degrees... learn new stuff.. then he went on to tell us a lil abt set theory... he said alot abt the word infinity... he even introduced this thing to us.. where we're supposed to compare one set that starts from 2 and goes on to infinity with another that starts from 1 and goes to infinity. the question was do the two sets have the same amount of terms? so all six of us (most ppl didnt turn up) told him that they were different! seems quite obvious... bt he argued that according to some set-theory.. they are the same!!! geez... mathematicians can be cheats sometimes ;P

realise that attitude problem is a big issue nowadays... well maybe its been a big issue for quite sometime... just seem more obvious lately... hmm... should try and come up with a hypothesis on this one...
